What does this mean?

Our Glasgow tenement flat is split over two levels. Guests will have their private double bedroom on the top floor. The room is spacious and quiet and there is a bathroom on the same floor (with a roll-top bath with a shower head). The room has blackout blinds.

Guests are free to also use the downstairs bathroom (with a walk-in shower) and our large kitchen. The flat is situated in Glasgow's Finnieston area, very convenient for the City Centre and the West End. 12 mins walk to King's Theatre and 25 minutes to Theatre Royal. There are lots of buses to city centre and beyond. The flat is a 5 mins walk to three supermarkets as well as several local greengrocers and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Kelvingrove Park is situated just opposite the flat.
