What does this mean?

We have two beautiful rooms to let, both with double beds, looking over garden at the rear.Both use the large

family bathroom.

The rooms have high ceilings and pleasant decor and are on the 2nd floor of the house.
Both rooms are lockable.

You can use the kitchen for making coffee and tea anytime.

It takes around 15-20 mins to walk to the theatre from here either through town or through a park and along the river.

There is one spare parking space on the drive.
