❌ Cancellation Terms

I will issue a full deposit if the booking is made in advance and is cancelled 30 days before checking in. The deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the booking starting.

It is very tight but could be arranged for additional costs...

The Area and Transport

These digs are based in a central location. It is a nice clean room that is serviced weekly for you to give you space in time that suits you when you are away at your show. Festival guests are overwhelmed by our hospitality and you will be too....

Really nice place to stay. Comfortable room, clean, bedding was changed weekly during my month long stay. Modern windows and bathroom fixtures. My only constructive feedback is that the wifi was not password protected so it frequently disconnected and had to be reconnected to.

It was such a pleaure staying here. The staff were incredibly helpful. It is an oasis in a busy city like Ediburgh with all the amenities you could ask for. Amazing location. Very comfy bed. Private. Safe. Helpful! I will be coming back for sure!

Convenient digs close to the Playhouse.
self contained rooms with everything you needed. Slight noise overnight from generator downstairs but I tour earplugs so didn't interfere. friendly hosts and links to the vibrant Planet bar! Would stay again
