I have 4 ensuite apartments to let out short or long term. The rooms are freshly refurbished and all have a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge and worktop area. This room is the smallest room but still has ample room and gives you everything the other rooms do.

The rooms are all off a main door up a flight of stairs and all in a row along a locked corridor with cctv for your safety and security.

Each room is lockable and serviced like a hotel room or we can leave you to your own devices. If you need fresh towels, or bedding you just let the reception staff know and they will do that for you without any trouble.

Payment and cancellation terms:

I will issue a full deposit if the booking is made in advance and is cancelled 30 days before checking in. The deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the booking starting.

For August an additional 10% Deposit is paid directly when booking, 50% of the remaining fee must be paid by April 1st and the other 50% by Bank Transfer the day before arrival.
