This is part of a large house in a West Hull village, Easy drive (dual carriageway) to all city centre theatres and concert venues.

There is off road parking (up to 3 cars), a large garden and full access to kitchen and laundry facilities (shared with host).

I live here with my friendly 12-year-old dog in our section of the property. I have family who work in theatre and book digs, so I understand what people are looking for when on the road.

You can enjoy spending time in a unique setting with beautiful views across a mile wide river (River Humber).

Small studio available for guest use with self-tape facility, piano, keyboard and ballet barre.

Ferriby station less than 5 mins walk away with hourly train service to Hull city centre. Previous guests have enjoyed this as a car free way of travelling to and from the theatre.
