George was a very attentive host, making sure my stay was comfortable. I said I liked coffee, and like magic, a cafetiere was produced - very accomodating.
Parking space, pleasant (20min) walk to Mast Mayflower Studios, although it seemed shorter. Loads of amenities and easy access to the motorway. George's communication was as fast as his wifi!!

Had a lovely stay with George, he was very friendly and lovely to chat to. The flat is an easy 10 minute walk to the Mayflower and very close to Southampton Central station. Excellent value for money and I would definatley stay with George again when returning to Southampton!

I had a very nice stay. Good communication and a warm welcome. The off street parking was a real bonus. A comfy bed and a very quiet area. The walk to the Mayflower is very straightforward and well lit. The room could do with a net curtain at the window for modesty! Would definitely stay again 😊

George was great at communicating before my stay, and was lovely to chat to in person. Having a parking space was incredibly useful, and the location was perfect for the Mayflower Theatre. The area itself is quiet and safe, and was well lit enough to walk back after the show. I have fantastic visit and would happily stay again in future.

An absolutely lovely couple and pumpkin and skitty were very sweet. The bed was really comfy, it did get a bit cold but an hour with the little heater they provided was enough to heat the room. Not too far from the mayflower. Would absolutely stay again when in the area.

Great hosts - friendly and easy to speak to. Close to theatre in a safe neighbourhood, also close to shops and gym.

George was super friendly and his place was nice and close to the theatre. The room is straightforward and has a little Tv and a bit of wardrobe space. There’s a fridge & kettle for use just outside the bedroom.

So glad you had a good stay
George was an amazing host! The room was very cosy, clean and very comfortable. It included a large TV, iron and iron board, sofa and fresh towels. The bathroom upstairs was also lovely. George was very attentive when I needed him, but also gave me my own space. Would recommend George to anyone needing digs in Southampton! Thank you George!

So glad the digs I’d booked in the flats behind the theatre cancelled on me! George was a considerate host with a very private large room with couch, 40” TV & my own toilet. Rather than climb 2 flights, I showered in my dressing room at the Mayflower

I had such a relaxing time staying with George. Everything was to my comfort and I even had sky TV in my room. Also literally just a 10 minute walk to the theatre with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Thank you George and Ivan.

Had a wonderful stay with George, Ivan and Skitty the cat. Room was clean, well decorated and had everything you’d need including tea coffee etc. 10 minute walk to the theatre. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Absolutely phenomenal digs and even better hosts. George and Ivan were extremely accommodating and friendly - not afraid of the odd joke either! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
