I had a lovely time staying with Elene, she's incredibly close to the Regent Theatre and the room is very spacious and private, would recommend.

We had the loveliest stay with the most wonderful host Elene. Just at 15 minute walk from the New Wolsey so very convenient. Beautiful house and felt very at home. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Ipswich.
