A cosy single room within a ground floor garden flat just off the Leas.

The famous Leas Cliff Hall is 2 minutes walk away along the Leas and the Quarterhouse performance space and concert hall is 7 minutes walk away..
Tower Theatre is 15 minutes away by bus.

The flat is brand newly decorated and interior designed, light and airy with roomy kitchen and dining table You can eat in the kitchen if you like or at a dining table.The comfy sitting room has sofa and window seating, large TV with fire stick and the single spare room has wardrobes and its own TV.
The flat will be shared with me, the host.
Located on a quiet leafy street seconds away from the Leas with magnificent sea views to the beach and pathways down through landscaped gardens onto the beautiful coastal park and coastal path the beach only a minutes walk
I can arrange visitor parking outside or you can park for free near the grand hotel.

Great selection of Bars and shops are a five minute walk towards West Cliff along the Leas or a 15 min walk into Sandgate
