Situated in a modern, 10 years, block of flats. Balcony off sitting room with clear view of the sea and Fife beyond.
Large bedroom with King size bed. En-suite shower room.
Heavy curtains.
Views of Arthur's seat and the sea from bedroom.
Small unique shops, restaurants, pubs [REMOVED] High Street, 2 mins walk from flat.
Aldi also nearby.

TAX LEVY- Edinburgh council has imposed a tourist tax of 5% for the first 5 days and guests would need to pay me directly to cover this.

Free Car Park in street.

The Area and Transport

Regular bus services almost direct to all theatres in Edinburgh.
Flat on the Promenade of Portobello the 'seaside of Edinburgh'.
Gym and swimming and Turkish baths within 10 minutes walk. Also a The Figgate Park within 10 mins walk. Arthur's Seat, extinct (!) volcano in middle of Edinburgh can be seen and reached within about 20 mins walk.

Mary is an outstanding host and her flat couldn't be more perfectly situated on the coast. Had an amazing stay in Edinburgh and enjoyed getting to know the Portobello area. Mary is one of those people who cares so much about her guests and supporting artists.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Edinburgh. Backs directly onto Portobello Beach, gorgeous room and Mary is a delight. 10/10
