Living with Host

What does this mean?

Large comfortable double room to let with a double bed , built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & Samsung TV.
Bed linen & towels provided & a cleaner comes in weekly.

You will share the bathroom with another letting/ guest bedroom & also have use of the kitchen diner.
Smoking is permitted, but in the outside area's only, not in the apartment itself.

I'm a live in host and am normally on hand to give you any information you may require plus advice on local places to eat etc . If I'm not at home then I'm just a phone call away.

I had a fantastic stay. What stood out most was the hospitality; the host were incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in to departure. The room was perfectly equipped for a long stay and very roomy. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Great communication prior & during my stay.
Lovely room and very clean.
Bus to & from Bournemouth Pavillions - which was hassle free.

Martins place is lovely, easy check in procedure. The bed and bedroom are comfortable, bathroom is shared with another guest if there is one and is nice and clean. I will return if i’m in Bournemouth again!

Very comfy bed, lock on bedroom door, 20 minute walk back on lit streets but busses are fairly regular. Free on-street parking was great too. Thanks Martin!

Absolutely great digs, my favourite on my tour yet! Big flat in a gorgeous old house and lovely spacious room. The bed was so comfortable and the walk into town was pleasant, I would recommend getting a taxi home as bournemouth has some steep streets

Martins flat was brilliant, clean spacious and Martin himself couldn't have done more, regularly checked in on us and was super responsive with any questions you had

Martin was an excellent host. So welcoming and accommodating. Super helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bournemouth and only a 15 minute walk to the theatre.

I contracted covid so had to leave after 4 days. In general, the digs are extremely pleasant, though certain aspects were not as described, which was a little disappointing.

This place is a dream to stay in - incredibly spacious and with great facilities, as well as a great location. Martin goes above and beyond with his hospitality and making you feel welcome. I could not have asked for a more pleasant stay.

Brilliant stay with Martin, check in very easy, lovely house, great shower, and comfy bed. Ample parking on the street outside and a pleasant walk to the theatre. Will be back!
