Double Room 1 and 3 are available from 1st August.
Double Room 3 is currently available from July 15th.

3 double bedroom shared flat. All rooms are currently available and I would prefer to let all rooms to Fringe workers. Flat is HMO licensed. Recently refreshed with new mattresses (plastic has been removed now :-) and beds. Awaiting student tenants in September. It is basic but clean, quiet, fully working and has everything you need for a working visit to Edinburgh. I live very locally and am always on hand to help with any problems and get you settled in.

Duvet and Pillows will be provided. Bed linen can also be provided if you need it.

Guest Parking

Pay & Display on street parking outside.
Plentiful free on street parking about 8 minutes walk away.

The Area and Transport

Easy 15 mins walk to City Centre.
Most Fringe venues are easily within 20 minutes walk of 10 mins on the tram / bus.
Bus and Tram stops just 1 minute walk away.
Flat is located on top floor of a quiet block in a quiet street, but it is just around the corner from vibrant Leith Walk with cafe's, shops, bakeries and pubs etc.
