Large three storey, five bedroom Victorian terraced house in very quiet, safe suburb of Newcastle. Separate bathroom/shower for use of guests. Metro station at the end of the street. 15/20 minutes to Newcastle city centre. Free unrestricted parking.

Unrestricted car parking in the street.

Two miles from city centre, Theatre Royal and Northern Stage.

One minute walk from house to Ilford Road Metro station. 10 minute ride to Newcastle city centre.
20 /25 minute walk from the house to the city centre.
A metro to the station for Sunderland Empire Theatre takes 35 minutes, runs frequently and is cheap.

Three rooms available.

Guests have use of a private bathroom with shower for their sole use.

All rooms have TV's with free view.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Use of large fully equipped kitchen.

Shops, restaurants, pubs, swimming pool and gyms are all within easy walking distance.

A lovely welcome from Robin into his home which is a minute away from a metro station, 10 mins to Theatre Royal. Stayed in the sofa room which is spacious. Very clean home, large bathroom. Had some wonderful chats with Robin who is an excellent host. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much.
