Living with Host

What does this mean?

Hi I have been out of action for a while But Olive Tree is now up and running and available to You.
I have a large double fronted semi detached property 10 minutes from the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton. (Driving)
Close to Seacombe Ferry Terminal, perfect for the M&S Arena
There is a regular bus just minutes away to Liverpool which takes 20 minutes and stops close to the Empire, Royal Court and Playhouse theatre's

I have 2 rooms, both with comfy double beds, there is a laundry room use of washing machine, shared bathroom with shower.
My home has central heating in both bedrooms.
Downstairs you have the use of a large lounge and a luxury kitchen.
I have a little dog who is used to visitors. But if you have an allergy please be aware.
Due to the cost of energy I ask that no portable heating appliance or cooking appliancd be used in rooms, this is also to comply to safety regulations.

The Area and Transport

Very good bus service to Liverpool ( Empire Theatre, Playhouse, Royal Court) and New Brighton (Floral Pavillion) walking distance to shops and eateries.
