Family home stay single room (Worthing)

Our home is a small 3 bedroom house.

I live here with my eldest son age 24.

We offer you a single room that overlooks the back garden. This is a quiet aspect.
I provide clean towels and bedding.
Breakfast and / or an evening meal is provided upon request at a small extra cost.
Our house has a contemporary look. With modern fitted kitchen, with seating for eating. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Downstairs loo.
Large living room for relaxing , which over looks the
small private garden.

The walk into the town centre is 15/ 20 mins.
However around the corner on Tarring road is the no 10 bus route or there is a 3-minute walk to West Worthing train station.

Parking is free in the surrounding streets.

I am OK with smokers, but they will not be allowed to smoke in the house.

I request no shoes to be worn in the house.
