What does this mean?

This is a family home and a quiet location.
5 min walk to West Worthing Station , that serves direct trains to London and Brighton .
We understand the theatre lifestyle and we are open to people's schedules beng outside of normal hours..
We have enjoyed hosting quite a few theatre guests

Guest Parking

Parking in my street is a mixture.
One side there is a restriction.From 8am / until 6pm.
You can only stay fir an hour.
However on the opposite side of the road there are no restriction a free parking spot.

The Area and Transport

This single room, has a view overlooking the garden.
A quiet space.
Chest of drawers. Hanging space, large under bed drawer.
