Living with Host

Bright double room in a beautiful duplex apartment in the Georgian Quarter. (please note the bedroom photo is not current, it's much nicer now!) I'll be updating when current guest has left)

The house is 20 minutes' walk to the city centre and all theatres (some are closer). We're 5-10 minutes' walk to a number of vibrant neighbourhood bars/restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Also a Chinese supermarket around the corner with a great noodle bar!

Parking is on street with permit, which I will provide at no cost.

Very welcoming and easy going landlady;) and guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Help yourself to tea, coffee and toast! There is also a dishwasher:)

Occasional smoking is allowed in the kitchen with the window open. This room is on a different floor in the house from the bedrooms.

Christine is a perfect host.

Friendly, straightforward and cool too. Her house is lovely, clean, high ceilings, comfy bed.

Highly recommend these digs.

Christine is a wonderful host, making you feel right at home. The room is a good size and as others have said the underfloor heating in the bathroom is great.

Only 25 min walk to the theatre and taxi's are cheap too.

Christine's house is gorgeous and she is a lovely and welcoming person.

I had a great stay with her, and the best thing is the under floor heating in the bathroom - what an amazing surprise!

Lovely Georgian flat in the Georgian Quarter, nice part of Liverpool, 20-25 mins' walk from Empire Theatre, good range of shops/cafes/bars nearby.

I stayed with Christine for 7 weeks and she is a lovely landlady! She always gives great suggestions on places to go and things to do when you've got some spare time.

The room itself is a good size, clean and there is plenty of storage space, gorgeous high ceilings and the entire house is just stu... read more nning. The bathroom has heated floors!!

The house is situated about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and there is a tescos and co-op just 3mins away as well as plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby.

I had such an amazing time in Liverpool and this is due in large part to these beautiful digs and to Christine who was always so warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here, if I work in Liverpool again, I know I will!

Excellent digs in a very handy location - close to the Philharmonic Hall, and only a 15min walk into the main shopping area/bars/restaurants etc.

Very friendly landlady who respects your privacy and lets you share her house.

The room was clean, comfortable and warm.
