Living with Host

What does this mean?

The house is four bedroom detached family home in a leafy street just beside the University and Botanic Gardens. Grand Opera House and City Centre are a comfortable 15 to 20 minutes walk from my house.

I have three rooms in total for short term rent and two bathrooms which are shared. The kitchen is spacious and shared.

There are two bathrooms in the house which are shared. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the nearby Botanic avenue. There are plenty of books in the house to read. I am there in the house to help without being intrusive. Breakfast is vegetarian with fruits, cereal, bread, biscuits, milk and juice. The guests can bring their own choice of food and use the fridge to store.

My street is Private parking and there are strict parking regulations. Outside my house it is permit only parking from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. Weekends are free to park. Also from 6PM to 8AM Monday to Friday is free. Please let the host know if bringing a car so you can be guided.

Please observe house rules.

Quiet times 22:00 to 7 AM.

Partying and loud music is not allowed as there are other guests staying.

Please check out by 11 AM on the day of check out.

A fine stay at Fabulis in Belfast, convenient for the Grand Opera House by bus or foot.

Lovely digs. Lots of room, quiet and just as described. Bit of a walk to the opera house but relatively close for Belfast. would book again!
