Just minutes away from the vibrant cafes, restaurants and shops of Ecclesall Road, London Road and Sheffield’s Vintage Quarter!

Accommodation is completely self-contained and comprises: 3 doubles (1 of which is en-suite), 1 single. In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is an additional bathroom on the first floor.

Extra spare single matress available on request (spare linen can be provided).

All rooms have USB charger sockets, tv and clothes airer.
The superb new kitchen comes with electric oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, all cooking utensils and crockery.

There are also two fridge freezers for the use of guests.

The dining/sitting room has a new 43”wall mounted Smart TV, leather settee, extendable table and chairs.

The cellar is ideal for storing wine/beer etc

Iron & ironing board are provided.

Constant hot water is provided by the new Combi boiler which also operates the central heating. The house has all new double glazing to ensure you are snug as a bug!

Complementary WiFi

For those wishing to smoke or simply chill, there is a well planted patio with outdoor table and chairs. Patio area also has outdoor lighting, washing line and two cycle racks.

(Please note no smoking in the house)

Permit parking is available directly outside the house -£2 per day -free on Saturday & Sunday, or ample free parking on neighbouring streets. (min two weeks notice needed if permits required as they have to be obtained from the council who are notoriously slow!)

Occasionally there is free off street parking for two small cars next door- subject to availability and not currently guaranteed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT/BOND £100.

- refundable within 7 working days of departure, once the house has been checked and assuming there isn’t any damage to building or contents.
*This will be asked for as soon as the booking is accepted.

Please note all rooms should be cleaned prior to departure and left in the same clean state in which they were offered. £50 cleaning Charge is levied if rooms are not cleaned.

Tea/coffee available on arrival and can provide a quick local tour on request [REMOVED] Theatre, Pubs (Wetherspoons), Restaurants etc.

Arrival time normally after 4pm but always worth checking if earlier check-in time required.

Departure : 10am.

Spacious Top Floor Double En Suite Room also has a double futon mattress.
