The space
This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms, two of which have a double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional two guests.

The property is well served by public transport, should this be needed. For guests which are driving, there is free on-street parking with a permit available at the property.
It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the area for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.
Please note that there are 3 keys in the key safe and a fee of £25 per key will be charged if lost, please be careful with them and put back into the key safe upon checking out. There will also be a £100 charge if the car parking permits are lost and need to be replaced.
My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

Stayed here for a month, great location with a short walk to the tram. Easy to get to the Theatre and Concert Hall as well as the train station. Abdul was very communicative throughout our stay.

Communication with the host was amazing, quick responses and always quick to help when we needed it.
Location is great, free parking, 20 minute walk to theatre or tram is 5 minute walk away.
The downside is the photos can be misleading, the front room only had 1 sofa and chair which is not what the picture shows.
The bathroom shows a working bath, instead we had pipes attached to the bath to provide a shower, which was just useless.
Neighbours are really loud
Fridge is really small

Misleading living room - Previous guest damaged our sofa. Currently waiting for delivery for new one.
Bathroom - Will be more clear in future in the type of shower we have in our listing.
Fridge - Will improve and have a bigger one.
Noisy neighbours - As you can appreciate this is not in my control, can only apologise.

Abdul was a wonderful host and I had very good communication with him. The walk to the Theatre Royal was roughly 25 mins. The house was lovely however the only downside was the next door neighbours were very loud at quite inappropriate times. I would stay here again in hope that the neighbours were a little quieter.
