The house is on Meadow Street in Pontcanna, one of the nicest areas of Cardiff, known for its independent cafés, restaurants and green spaces.
It’s close to Bute Park and Pontcanna Fields, providing a beautiful walking route into the city centre.
Nearby theatres include New Theatre (about 25–30 minutes’ walk through the park or 10 minutes by taxi), Sherman Theatre (around 30 minutes’ walk or 10–15 minutes by bus/taxi), and Wales Millennium Centre (about 15 minutes by taxi).
Frequent buses run from nearby Cathedral Road and Cowbridge Road East into the city centre. Cardiff Central railway station is around 20–25 minutes’ walk or a short bus/taxi ride.
