Hello ..I'm offering a lovely spacious Victorian double room (single occupancy) with it's own separate private kitchen and small shower / toilet ..all of which is for your own personal use. Access to the room is through the shared main front door of the house. The room / kitchen is immediately to the left of the front door as you come in on street level so it is self-contained. There is quite a lot of street parking but we like to be respectful of our neighbours. I live in the house with my husband and sometimes one of our 2 daughters drops by to stay. The house is set over 3 floors. Please note this is strictly a non-smoking / green household.
