Living with Host

What does this mean?

I have on offer two double rooms available - a large double room with its own en-suite and own sitting area with sofa, wardrobe and tv. There are velux windows with pull down blackout blinds.

I also have a smaller double room with use of family bathroom but only shared if another guest staying.

There is full access to the kitchen, dining room and garden. All bedding, towels and WiFi are included so there are no hidden extras. The WiFi is available throughout the house. Both guest rooms share their own fridge and have a kitchen cupboard each. A hospitality tray is provided in both rooms with kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests are welcome to sit in the garden when they have any spare time and we do have friendly cats.

We have had many actors and production team working at the Festival Theatre stay with us over the years and the feedback is we provide good accommodation which is home from home. We are relaxed, friendly people.

Guest Parking

There is free off road parking outside the house and the theatre is only 5 minutes drive away.

The Area and Transport

The house is 20 minutes walk into Chichester town or to Chichester Festival Theatre. The CFT do provide free bicycles which makes them only 5 minutes ride away. The house is 5 minutes away by taxi from Chichester Station and there is free off road parking.

Victoria & Keith were the perfect hosts. Nice distance from theatre, very walkable, but also free on street parking which is a god’s send in Chich where everyone needs a permit/ticket. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend!

I was made very welcome by a very friendly and warm host. Victoria made me feel so at home and was always ready for a friendly chat. The cats, too, were not against a bit of social time! The room was very cosy, comfortably furnished and carefully prepared. I'll be staying again next time I'm in Chichester - thank you, Victoria!
