Living with Host
Double en-suite room with desk, dining and comfortable chair. Walk in wardrobe with plenty of racking and small wardrobe. Black out blind to both front large dormer window and small velux window in rear. Access to kichen, dining room and laundering facilities. Safe suburban area with easy access to green space as well as a range of independant cafes, shops and amenities.

The Area and Transport
A spacious attic room on a popular yet quiet street adjacent to Graves Park, Sheffield's largest green space. On street parking available. Great links to Sheffield City Centre and the Peak District by bus and road. Nearest bus stop being 1 minute away with buses regularly serving the City Centre (approx. 20 min journey), around every 10 minutes. Post office and supermarket within an easy 5 minute walk.
As live in landlord I occupy the middle floor, routinely renting the double en-suite attic to suitable short or long stay guests. There are 2 cats and a house rabbit in residence. None enter the attic space! A child, (20 years), has recently fledged, but I suspect will regularly return with washing. They have access to the house and their room on the middle floor at all times as needed. I work full time Monday to Friday.
You would be welcome to stop by and get a feel for the space prior to occupancy.
