The Area and Transport
This 3rd floor luxury flat is serviced by a lift from the ground floor and from the basement parking lot. Plenty of parking spaces available. The estate is within the Cornhill Hospital grounds and close to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Nearby within easy walking distance is the Berryden Retail Park with a large Sainsbury Supermarket plus various other shops. The #11, #12, & #23 bus routes all pass by the retail park. His Majesty's Theatre is within walking distance (ca. 1 mile) , and on the #12 bus route which stops outside the theatre.

Lovely digs. Everything you might need and beautifully maintained. Bit of a walk to the theatre but you can easily catch a bus. (or drive).

This was an absolutely brilliant stay!! It felt just like home and we appreciated the thoughtful gestures that allowed us to settle straight away. The walk into the theatre was pleasant too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you Kenn and Steve for all you did to welcome us.

Wonderful 2-bedroom flat with a great living room and kitchen - very clean and comfortable within walking distance of His Majesty's, and good value for money!
