Lovely and spacious flat in Little France area of Edinburgh. Only available for 6 weeks during summer. Quiet area but very easy access to city centre with the bus stop located across the road taking you into town within 25 minutes (also nightbus). Portobello less than 2 miles away and Fort Kinnaird less than 1 mile away. Unallocated parking available at property free of charge. A perfect place to stay during Fringe Festival.

The property is a spacious, modern 2 bedroom new build flat. It has two bathrooms (1 is an en-suite to the principal bedroom). It offers a large living room with plenty of light and a separate workplace.

It’s very easy to get to the city centre from neighbourhood by bus or taxi. Great for those who want to stay somewhere quieter but also be able to go and explore Edinburgh!

On the doorstep is Little France park which is great for a walk or picnic when the weather is nice. Portobello beach is also very close and worth a visit.

Fort Kinnaird is less than a mile away. It offers a choice of shops, restaurants and an Cinema.

The property is approximately 3.5 miles from George Square and Edinburgh Old Town

Regular number 14 bus provides easy access into the city centre. Takes you into town within 25 minutes if traffic is busy. Bus stop is across the road from the building. The street is also served by the N14 night bus which runs hourly after midnight.

Unallocated parking is available and the property is easy to get to from the city bypass.
