Kinver Edge View Annexe (STOURBRIDGE)

We started building the granny annex in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four.

The granny annex is modern and comfortable in design. You have your own front door which opens into a galley kitchen with full sized cooker with double oven and hob, washing machine, microwave , fridge, freezer, all you need. Continental breakfast welcome pack is provided along with tea, coffee and fresh milk.

Lounge area with corner sofa bed, tv with freeview channels. There is a wet room with shower downstairs. Upstairs is a loft style bedroom with two dormers and low based double divan bed, wardrobe and drawer space and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath.

You are welcome to use the back garden and relax on the garden furniture. This space is also used by us. We have a front patio with bistro furniture above the driveway you can also use.

On the drive, there is a designated guest parking space and additional parking on the road if more than one car. EV charger is available for guests to use on request. Use of the EV charger is an additional cost and not included in the price per night rate.

The annexe does have an internal connecting door between our kitchens, as at some point it will house an elderly parent, but for both our privacies it is locked with a key on our side and has a latch bolt on the guest side, but feel free to knock on our front door if you need anything. No smoking inside, no pets and no parties allowed.

Kinver is a large village and we are a 30 minute drive to Wolverhampton Grand. It's pretty much one long road in, but you would need access to a car.
