Lovely bathroom with large shower cubicle solely for visitors use. Blackouts in singles. Shelf in fridge and kitchen cupboard. Light use of kitchen. New carpets.

Room for car in drive on request. Free street parking.

The Area and Transport

Easy 25 min walk to theatre district (Congress & Devonshire Park) and on bus route. Beautiful house offers a peaceful retreat near the magnificent Gildredge Park and award winning cafe. Waitrose 5 mins walk, pubs, cafes, shopping parade. Short taxi ride from station & theatre £6 approx.
