Single room in 2 bedroom new build flat in Barking close to town centre (~10 min walk from station).
Transport links from Barking station - district & H&C line, overground towards North London, C2C trains to Fenchurch Street. No parking in the development but there is paid car park a few mins walk away.
Staying with host (me) - performer with a day job so sometimes work from home. Full access to kitchen, living room & bathroom shared with host, washing machine. Electric piano!
No overnight guests possible as there is only a single bed. No smoking.
