My fourth floor 2-bedroom flat is part of a small 5-storey block containing 15 flats. A secure communal entrance opens into a lobby area with postboxes and access to both lift and stairs.
The bedroom on offer has a king-sized bed, easy chair, storage and bed-side tables and lamps - it is set for comfortable and quiet accommodation. The bedroom has direct access to a shared balcony (the balcony extends to access via the main shared living area). The balcony door window faces east, so brings in direct light in the mornings and the sight of the red Orbit structure of the Olympic Park on the horizon.
I have lived in the flat for 14 years, arriving with the first residents to live here. I reslish the variety of life, with all the best of London living, including quick access to shops, services, eating and drinking, as well as entertainment, sport facilities and green space.
Guest Parking
It is possible to pay for an on-street parking space permit to park a vehicle in front of the block, with permits available for one-off or regular parking. There is locked walk-in storage for cycles on the ground floor of the building.
The Area and Transport
Approximately 10 minutes walk to each of Homerton station and Hackney Central station (both on Milldmay Overground Line), and London Fields station (Weaver Overground Line).
Bus route 388 for a 22 minute journey to Sadlers Wells East. Bus route 26 for a 32 minute journey to Aldwych and Bus route 38 for a 50-minute journey to Tottenham Court Road.
In the immediate area, within 5 minutes walk, you have two small supermarkets, greengrocer, florist, haordresser, café, restaurants, bar and pub.
A little further walk of 10 to 15 minutes you have green spaces Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Marshes. There are outdoor and indoor 50 metre swimming pools, Picturehouse cinema and Castle cinema, Hackney Empire, Hackney Central shopping area and the weekly markets full of fresh food options at Broadway Market and Chatsworth Road Market

My bedroom and the bedroom offered here are both private. All other rooms and space is shared: toilet bathroom, hallway, large combine living / dining and kitchen area and balcony.

My bedroom is not available for guest access. The guest bedroom is not available to my access.

Plans to have guests or small parties to shared in advance for awareness and agreement. No big parties.

The beginning steps to great heights you will reach, I expect. As lodger you were always considerate and respectful, a delight to share catch-up chatter with and throughout 6 weeks of comings and goings, impeccably neat & tidy. Bravo and thank you!
