Private apartment (private entrance door above shop) large lounge-kitchen-diner with washing machine, separate double bedroom, shower room & wc.

The entrance is through the back of the Down to Earth Organics shop. You share the stairs to the upper floor with long-stay guest in the other studio at this address (also behind locked door), then everything inside your studio door is private.

Note: the owner has a puppy which sometimes visits the shop downstairs.
Note: no washing machine at this address (launderette 1 minute walk)

Fully furnished accommodation with bed linens and towels.

25 minutes walk to the city centre and Belgrade Theatre. Bus direct to Warwick Arts Centre 3 mins walk. A taxi from Coventry train station takes approx 4 mins/bus station around 6 mins.

Parking restrictions and very limited public spaces on nearby streets.

PLEASE NOTE OUR PAYMENT TERMS: short-stay balances should be settled within 7 days of booking confirmation. For longer bookings only the first week is paid in advance and the balance on arrival. Please feel free to contact us before booking for details or if you have questions.
