Double Room with Storage in Modern Home with Piano (Belfast)

Hi there.

We have a wonderful modern home in North Belfast. We are situated a short 5 minute drive to the city centre and are on one of the main bus routes into / out of the city with fantastic frequency.

Our modern kitchen dining area is open plan and is perfect for having dinner or a relaxing drink after a long days work, and our built in wine fridge will keep all the essentials at thr right temperature for you! There is full access to the kitchen which includes toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, and double oven. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer available for you to use.

The kitchen over looks a large garden area, access is via our 10 ft high bi-folding doors which open up fully, giving the perfect indoor/outdoor space for Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Our living room is cosy and has a multi fuel burning stove: perfect for cosy Winter nights!

Superfast Broadband WiFi is available throughout the house.

We are lucky enough to have a piano in our front room which you are welcome to make use of during your stay.

Overhead shower is available in our modern upstairs bathroom, and we also have a downstairs WC available.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week to enhance our home.

Niall is a musician who a keen interest in local theatre and regularly works in local theatres as a Musical Director, accompanist, and session musician. John is an artist and an exceptional school teacher. Both are well versed on the local restaurants, nightlife, and cafés and are more than happy to give recommendations as required. Lost keys will be charged at £30 to replace.
