Living with Host

What does this mean?

Hi there!
We are Callum and Reece (IG: @thebananasontoast) a couple living in Manchester!

We are new to this and have a lovely spare room with private bathroom on the 37th floor in a very modern apartment building. You have full access to the open plan living space and kitchen!
The bedroom has:
- A double bed
- 2 x bedside tables
- Triple wardrobe
- Floor to ceiling window with city view
and the bathroom has an over bath shower.
All linen and towel included.
Washer/Dryer available to use.

The building also has an onsite gym, co-working spaces, residents lounge, 17th floor terrace, and a cinema room!

Central location -
4 min walk to Selfridges / Harvey Nics / transport
7 min walk to Royal Exchange
10 min walk to the Opera House
20 min walk to Palace Theatre
20 min walk to HOME

Happy to have a call/ FaceTime/ Zoom so that you can virtually meet us and see the space! :-)

We do not allow visitors to stay over.

Guest Parking

we do not have guest parking, however there are lots of carparks around the area, both outdoor and secure indoor

The Area and Transport

Public transport wise, we are pretty central - there is a tram stop (exchange Square) a 4 min walk away, and Victoria station is a 5 min walk away.
4-5 min walk to Selfridges, the Arndale etc.
lots of shops and restaurants nearby!

This is a dream digs! It was very peaceful and comfortable and such lovely hosts. With stunning views in a gorgeous building too, only 15 minutes to my venue in town.

Amazing digs with the lovely Callum and Reece! The flat is beautiful and immaculately clean and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the lovely bath and gym in the building.
