Living with Host

What does this mean?

I have a bright and airy double room to let with private bathroom (not en suite) in our thatched cottage by the sea south of Chichester.

I live in the house with my labrador (downstairs only) and cat (who goes wherever he damn well pleases).

We're about seven miles from Chichester, bus stop right outside the door and I'm often able to offer lifts.

You are welcome to use the kitchen, park in the driveway and borrow bikes, surf boards etc. Non smokers only please.

I had such a lovely stay here, and managed to fit in a morning walk on the beach everyday as it's so close. Helen was a very welcoming host, and the bed was very comfy! Can recommend.
