This is a Victorian terrace house set on a quiet-ish road. Located a 10 minute drive from Cardiff Bay or a 25 minute walk into Cardiff city centre, only 5 minute drive from Cardiff Central Train Station. My house is a 3 minute walk to the closest shops as well as an excellent chip shop and an array of takeaways!
You will have access to the dining room, the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and of course the bedroom to make yourself feel at home.
The double room available is based at the back of the house overlooking the North-Easterly facing garden. There’s a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs there’s the kitchen, dining room and sunny living room. There’s a small step from the hallway into the kitchen, and again from the kitchen to the garden. The entrance of the house is on a dead end road with on road parking available.
The Welsh Millennium Centre is a 10 minute drive or 40 minute walk from the house, whilst New Theatre Cardiff is a 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk from the house.
