Family home in quiet area of Oadby. Large 5 bed semi detached house with garage and driveway plus large rear garden and patio area.

Has separate lounge that can be allocated for guests sole use. A large family dining kitchen with bi fold doors provide an airy eating area, open views and access to the rear garden and patio.

Oadby has excellent public transport links into Leicester city centre, the Curve the Haymarket theatre and London road, De Montfort Hall. The house is walking distance to bus stops that serve Leicester city centre making access to these venues easy. It is possible to walk to and from the city centre from this property , average distance into the city from this location is 3 miles. Leicester railway station is situated on the London road again 3 miles from this property.

Guests will be given sole use of the double back bed room which links to a further attic room which can be used as additional lounge facility.

A family bathroom which is only used by 1 family member is available at all times, as is the kitchen/dining area.

There is a separate downstairs cloak room and WC. Guests are welcome to use the lounge area that is connected to the open dining living area.

The house is in a quiet road and situated near to the Leicester University sports and student accommodation.
