What does this mean?

One modern double bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom, in three storey terraced Edwardian house.
Kettle, fridge, TV (Netflix & Prime) and super fast Wi-Fi included.
Full use of private in home gym with multiple cardio machines and weights.

There are bedside table storage, shelving and hanging space.
The bathroom has a large waterfall shower and towels/shower gel are provided.

Guests are welcome to have full use of the kitchen, which has everything you could need to be a home from home with toaster, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Tea, milk, coffee and sugar are provided.

We are a 25 minute walk to nearby theatres or 6 minute drive, with shops and other amenities within walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a small dog living in the property

The property is located close to Plymouth City Centre (PL4) and is an 6 minute drive or 25 min walk from the Theatre Royal and Barbican Theatre.

The property has free on street parking and has a bus stop 3 minutes walk away, with direct links to the city centre. Plymouth train station is 5 minutes by car or 22 min walk.

I’ve got to say…these digs were top notch! Everything was so clean and tidy. It was wonderful, and I’m definitely coming back. I’ve toured for 4+ years and I’m confident to say this has been one of my favourites. It’s also an added bonus that Chris and Kate were so kind! Thank you again!

Really lovely digs. It’s nice to have your own space, I barely saw Kate & Chris but it was lovely to have a quick chat if I did. The room is perfect, lovely en-suite. But there’s everything you need as well. TV, fridge, coffee making facilities and lots of little treats. I didn’t use the gym next to the room but it’s very well equipped. I would happily stay in this beautiful, quiet and friendly house again and highly recommend.
