Double room plus small sitting room, 7 mins on bus to Theatre Royal via regular service (Nottingham)

Lovely second floor attic room approached by a staircase leading from a small sitting room with tea/coffee making facilities (and a Yamaha keyboard!).

There is an electric blanket on the bed and a fan in the room. There are loads of power points both in the bedroom and the sitting room. There is a kettle in the sitting room with tea/coffee and biscuits provided.

The bathroom is next door to the sitting room and is for the guest's sole use, unless I have a friend staying in my spare room, which happens rarely.

The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area, 2 miles from the theatre and 30 minutes walking distance. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, with buses running every 5 minutes to the city centre.

The house is near to local shops - Lidl, pharmacy, Co-op etc. There is a large garden with outdoor seating and a drive for parking.

Smoking is allowed in the garden but not in the house on account of smoke alarms

There is a TV in the ground floor sitting room and a lovely sun lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped.
