Living with Host

What does this mean?

South facing room, situated next to the bathroom on the first floor. Bathroom features a shower as well as a bath.These digs have a hobby room available which features a sewing machine and overlocker.
It’s a short walk to the Northampton town theatres and the train station is walkable, but with luggage a short taxi ride maybe your preferred choice. There is a visitor’s permit for on road parking for the drivers.
Use of kitchen, garden, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV in bedroom, towels provided.
No smoking in the house
Profile says that I have been hosting for three years, but my listing has been dormant for over two years, and this is reflected by the number of previous bookings.
