Living with Host

What does this mean?

Clean, bright and comfortable double bedroom in Victorian terrace.
The mattress on the bed is a deep sprung high quality, very comfortable with quality cotton bedding.
My partner Griff and I have 2 friendly lurchers.
I have lived here for 30 years and have lots of local knowledge to share.
The neighbourhood has a vibrant, independent, artistic vibe.
Tobacco factory theatre is under a 10 min walk and there’s great transport links to Old Vic and Hippodrome, both walkable in 40 mins.

There is free unrestricted on road parking.

The Area and Transport

Quiet comfortable double room overlooking back garden.
There’s a desk, plenty of space for hanging clothes and a chest of drawers.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

There is no lock on the room door.
This is our home and we very much share our space with a mutual trust with our guests.

Excluded Facilities

The kitchen is a communal space where you are welcome to cook, eat at the table or in the garden. There’s a shelf in the cupboard and fridge is reserved for you.
The lounge is a private space that is not available for our guests.

2. After showering please use shower screen squeegee to wipe screen and spritz with cleaning product provided.
This ensures the shower is always clean for next use.

Honestly what a wonderful Digs Host. I was met with such kindness. Julie is a 10/10 host. The room was perfect, lovely and clean, the bed was super comfortable and Julie even laundered it every two weeks for me. The location of the room is good it took 25 mins to walk to the hippodrome. Julie also has two adorable dogs who are lovely natured you barely heard them. Would absolutely stay here again and reccomend to anyone coming to Bristol.
