What does this mean?

Ensuite double room in a lovely house in Stoneybatter with full use of kitchen and living areas and access to a lovely back garden. We can provide anything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house would be shared with myself and one other person. We're a chill, easygoing and friendly household. Stoneybatter is a lovely area, close to all the amenities of the city, but is residential, super quiet, and only a 10 minute stroll to the park.

Guest Parking

There are two free parking options on streets adjacent to ours. We can also secure guest parking permits for shorter stays if necessary.

The Area and Transport

Lovely house in Stoneybatter. A short walk to the phoenix park and the city centre. Lots of lovely coffee shop, bakeries, food and pubs in the vicinity. All city-centre theatres are easily accessible by public transport, and all are under a 45 minute walk. Theatres outside the immediate city centre are all well connected by public transport.

Sophie and her housemate were very friendly and welcoming and the room was as described except that the ensuite shower only had cold water throughout my stay meaning that I had to use the downstairs bathroom. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and appropriately priced. Thanks Sophia.
