Living with Host
Lovely bright double room with desk in my home. The flat is a two bedroom ground floor flat 2 mins walk from Queens Park. This price includes all bills including council tax and internet. It’s in a lovely and very quiet building with a nice back garden and I have a small front garden also.
The flat is fully furnished with all kitchen implements also and TV. The flat has a bath, shower, washing machine and dish washer with gas central heating.
I also work in the arts so hopefully we'd have lots to chat about. The flat does come with a cocker spaniel who is very friendly so a dog lover is an absolute must. I often work away (and I will be away from the whole of August at the Edinburgh fringe so you'd have the flat to yourself for the month).

The flat is on the same street as queens park train station (7 min train to Central Station) and Is parallel to all the lovely cafes and bars on Pollockshaws Road (Lobo, Brunfield Bakery etc). It is an 8 min walk from Tramway and Scottish Ballet.
