Double room available in a quiet residential street in Marchmont, close to the Meadows. Short walk to the Kings Theatre, Festival Theatre, Summerhall and Queen's Hall. The Lyceum, Traverse and Usher Hall are about 20 minutes walk or can be reached by No. 24 bus. The Playhouse is about half an hour walk or direct on the No. 5 bus route.

Warrender Swim & Fitness Centre is just around the corner.

Parking in the street is Pay and Display between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays but there is free parking about a ten minute walk further out of the city centre.

I Had a lovely stay at Jennet's house. The bed was super comfortable, the walk to the Festival Theatre was lovely, and theres some nice places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

I had a beautiful stay in Jennet's wonderful space - I've booked already to come back for me next tour! Perfect location and beautiful space. Grateful that this lovely space was available when I needed a spot. Quick, direct bus route to the Playhouse and easy walk through the Meadows if you'd prefer to stroll to work :)
