The property is just outside of the city centre, within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Chorlton, Stretford and Media City. There are large supermarkets within a 10 minute walk as well as a local Coop around the corner.

The Lowry is a short five minutes drive away or a pleasant 30 minute walk through the Quays. Starling Bikes (rental bikes) are located outside the Lowry theatre and at the top of our road. The cycle ride is 10-15 minutes. Manchester city centre theatres and arts venues are a quick and easy bus/tram journey - taking roughly 25 minutes.
