Double room in Leeds city centre (Leeds)

I have a double bedroom available in a 4th floor Leeds city centre apartment.

The room is clean, modern and recently decorated and includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shoe storage, desk and chair, storage unit, full length mirror and there’s also a Samsung TV and Sky Q mini box (which includes Netflix and Sky Sports). The room also has USB charging sockets.

The apartment comprises a modern fully fitted kitchen which includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A large open planned living/dining room area. The separate bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower. There’s also a communal balcony with outside seating with views over the city and Leeds Minster.

The flat is very close to all city centre amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and is only a 6 minute walk to the West Yorkshire Playhouse and a 10 minute walk to The Grand Theatre the bus/coach station is a short walk away and it’s just a 10 minute walk to/from Leeds train station. Parking is restricted to on street meter bays or there’s multi storey car parks nearby. There is Enterprise car club vehicles nearby if you are a member.

You will be sharing with myself and my cat, whose very friendly and loves visitors although he’s not allowed in the room. I’m fairly easy going and laid back, quiet, sociable, friendly and very clean and tidy. I’m into music, mainly indie/alternative stuff, going to gigs, watching TV, football, gym and cycling.

Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside on the balcony.
