Large sunny, private double attic room. (sheffield)

There is a lovely sunny private attic room. There is a kettle with tea, coffee etc if you want a cuppa in bed and a TV too. Meersbrook is known for its amazing park - entrance is on our road. It's a quiet, peaceful area but very well connected with buses into the centre of Sheffield about 10-15 mins journey.
A five minute walk takes you to Chesterfield road and London road - known for trendy bars and cafes. I highly recommend the Kopi and Chai our lovely local cafe on the next corner. Within a five minute walk to several supermarkets and a 24 hour Morrisons.
It's a relaxed, outdoors home - treat the place as your own, the kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out. Fibre optic broadband and comfy sofas if you want to watch tv, netflix, disney or prime. Come and go as you please.
I'm ok with smoking or vaping outside in the garden seated area but it's a non smoking household. Parking is good on the street and the theatre do a deal £6 for 24 hour parking near the theatre - it's a ten minute drive away if you want to drive to work. We are on the right side of sheffield for a quick exit to J29 of the M1 if you are heading down south on your days off.
