Light and comfy double room in a 2 bed flat in Kelham Island Sheffield. It's a great area for cafes, bars and pubs and town is an easy walk away. It's about a 25 minute walk to the main theatres or a short bus or tram ride. Very good transport links to get around the area.

The flat overlooks the river and has a juliette balcony - so although central, feels very green.

Shared use of kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Lots of kitchen equipment that can be used. The flat also has an extra mezzanine floor which is currently being used as a work, art and relaxation space.

*Please note for anyone with mobility issues - the flat is 3rd floor with no lift*
