What does this mean?

Double bedroom in a 2 bed flat with access to hanging space and a mini sofa within the room. Private access to main bathroom during your stay.
Shared use of kitchen and iving room. Lots of kitchen equipment that can be used. The flat also has an extra mezzanine floor which is currently being used as a work, art and relaxation space.

**Please note, this accommodation is on the third floor without a lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues**

There is on street parking, please let me know ahead of time and I can sort visitor permits for your stay

The Area and Transport

Light and comfy double room in a 2 bed flat in Kelham Island Sheffield. It's a great area for cafes, bars and pubs (featuring in many best neighbourhood lists!) and town is an easy walk away. It's about a 25 minute walk to the main theatres or a short bus or tram ride. Good transport links to get around the area.

The flat overlooks the river and has a juliette balcony - so although central, it still feels very green
