We are located approximately 20-30 minutes from Birmingham City Centre
We are 10 minutes from Solihull town centre
We are approximately 20 minutes from the NEC
There are supermarkets 15 minutes walk and chip shop and Indian take away 10 minutes walk
For more restaurants and bars there are plenty in Solihull town centre, Catherine de Barnes or Shirley or Birmingham
Guest Parking
There is a drive for one car and if this is being used, there is free parking on the road
The Area and Transport
Our home is in a quiet cul de sac in Solihull
We are close to Olton train station and close to both A45 Coventry Road and A41 Warwick Road
You will have a double room with wardrobe, a desk and chairs, drawer space, an ironing board and iron, hairdryer and toiletries supplied as well as towels and access to a shared bathroom with maximum one other adult
The WiFi code is in your room
There is no TV
You are welcome to use the kitchen to make tea and coffee and prepare food when the host is not cooking
Parking is on the drive when it is clear or free parking on the road
