Living with Host

What does this mean?

The room has a very comfortable double bed, a large window letting in lots of light. Your room mates would be three very happy plants! There is a small table which can also be used as a stand up desk. Storage wise, there are two large drawers, and some hanging space, and two shelves of a bookcase.

The flat is cosy and comfortable. High standards of neatness and cleanliness throughout. Vegetarian food only to be cooked and stored in the kitchen.

You'd be sharing the flat with just me (and many other plants!). I work at home during the day and go out most nights, very often to the theatre!

Parking requires a permit.

The Area and Transport

The room is in a 1930s estate in Lower Clapton, Hackney. It's about a 10 mins walk from Hackney Empire, lots of shops, cafés and restaurants around, and very well connected for transport. The estate is between Hackney Central and Hackney Dows, plus lots of buses.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The living room is also where I work, so it is not shared when I'm working, mostly during the day, but exceptionally, if I have a deadline, at night.
