Living with Host
Quiet house as it’s just me living here, so you’ll be undisturbed whilst staying. Heavy curtains & blinds should mean a good sleep (eye masks also available on request!). Full use of kitchen, with cupboard and fridge space available. You can use the music room for warmups/practice/fun too if I’m not using it myself. Lovely sun trap garden. Quick bus ride into town for work.
Guest Parking
Free on street parking. It’s never an issue getting a space near the house.
The Area and Transport
Rarely in Brighton, it’s free street parking round here! The bus into the city takes 20mins, and stops right by the house. There’s a supermarket and local shops & pub nearby. Easy access to the South Downs for gorgeous walks too.

I had the most gorgeous stay here in this beautiful home. Everything is exactly as described and Lucy's plant game is excellent. I didn't actually get to meet Lucy while I was staying and was so grateful for her trusting me with her home for the night. The communication was excellent and clear, everything ran perfectly smoothly. If you need digs in Brighton it is a pleasure to highly recommend this listing.
